The damage caused by the flooding still surrounds us and survivors are still in need of help and assistance. If you feel the urge to help your fellow neighbors and citizens with relief efforts, volunteerinduluth wants you to know that there are still opportunities out there to get involved.

According to the weekly service scoop, The Long Term Flood Recovery team is still searching for skilled and unskilled volunteer help. The Long Term Flood Recovery team says,

Ideal volunteers should be able to handle light to moderate lifting and willing to help do a variety of small tasks. Currently, work centers around getting people moved out of homes, emptying garages and assisting with flood survivors immediate needs before more winter moves in.

Weekdays, weeknights and weekends are all times that your help and skills could be utilized. The Long Term Flood Recovery team is open to working with your availability and areas of expertise. So what are you waiting for?!
